A boy’s best friend is an ancient oak tree facing the axe from his own father’s development plans
Nine-year-old Mitch Musser finds solace in a 500-year-old oak tree while struggling with bullying at school and a distant relationship with his real-estate developer father Henry. When Henry’s new factory project threatens to destroy the ancient tree, Mitch launches a grassroots campaign that pits son against father and tests the entire family’s bonds.
