In 1930s Paris, free-spirited photographer Gilda Bessé invites Irish teacher Guy Malyon and Spanish refugee Mia to share her bohemian apartment, creating an unconventional romantic triangle. As fascism spreads across Europe, Guy and Mia feel compelled to join the fight against oppression while Gilda defiantly clings to her hedonistic lifestyle, forcing the trio to confront their deepest loyalties.
