The wolfish attorney Bill McCormick, accompanied by his estranged wife Brooklyn, along with the brothers Issac and Adam, and Dr. Lipski, are on their way back from a resort in a van. They make a pit stop at a gas station where Adam and Bill catch the attention of the attendant, Courtney. Upon returning to the road, the driver spots a mysterious woman, leading to a fatal crash into a tree, resulting in the driver’s death. Stranded, they are assisted by Jack, who offers refuge at his house due to an impending storm. Along the way, Adam encounters Courtney, whose car has broken down, and she joins the group. However, their sanctuary turns out to be haunted, with the group discovering a grim history: a century ago, a deranged son slaughtered his family in the house, and they are now forced to witness the horrifying event repeating endlessly.
