Love Attacks founder Alan Dixon joins UK house duo mOat and multi-instrumentalist Tom Diesel on DFTD with ‘Underground’. Coming in hot from his rework of Infinity Ink’s ‘Infinity’ on sister-label Glitterbox, nightlife authority Alan Dixon now collaborates with rising artists of the electronic scene. The UK pairing of producers Tom Staar and Chris Spero, mOat have found a home on Armin Van Buuren’s imprint Armada, recently releasing ‘Heat’ with Tensnake. Previously collaborating with Alan Dixon for ‘Infados’ on Love Attacks Records, mOat have also worked with the hybrid producer and live performer Tom Diesel for ‘Pizza Cat’. Now uniting as one on DFTD, the four electronic artists present ‘Underground’; pulsating synth patterns underpin bright piano accents, with Afro electronic-inspired percussion decorating this deep and brooding club track.
