A group of friends arrive on a Caribbean island in search of the perfect scuba spot. Instead, they discover Porter aka “Patient Zero” who has been quarantined there due to a flesh eating bacterial virus. As the contagion begins, the friends must race to find a cure and escape the island’s many horrors.
