A floating trap with nowhere to hide! A man desperate to flee his troubled past in South America frantically books passage on a seemingly ordinary cargo freighter. However, once the ship clears the harbor and enters international waters, the voyage turns into a living nightmare. The passenger uncovers a terrifying secret: the ship’s ruthless, disfigured commander—the notorious Captain Scarface (played with menacing intensity by Barton MacLane)—is actually an agent for a hostile foreign power. The captain has orchestrated a sinister plot to kidnap a brilliant scientist on board, forcing him to activate a catastrophic weapon intended for a mission of absolute destruction. Cut off from the rest of the world, the desperate traveler must risk everything to launch a one-man sabotage mission before the ship reaches its deadly target.

Directed by Paul Guilfoyle, this suspenseful 1950s independent thriller perfectly captures the tense, paranoid atmosphere of the early Cold War era, complete with moody film noir cinematography and non-stop maritime suspense. An absolute must-watch for fans of old-school action films, vintage spy thrillers, classic shipboard mysteries, and golden age Hollywood crime cinema.
