Story:
Hoppy and his pals use their reward money to buy a half interest in the Whitlock ranch. After Wildcat Kelly cons California into buying a well drilling rig, they strike water instead of oil. This threatens Jebb Hardin’s water monopoly and he retaliates by framing Hoppy for cattle rustling.

Entertaining Hoppy western
From the beginning the film starts out with a chase. Hoppy and co. Chase Robert Mitchum, and they soon they are battling victor jory over the land. Really nifty western that keeps one’s interest throughout – William Boyd exudes style and charisma. As for Robert Mitchum in a small role has star quality. Written by coltras35 on imdb.com
