St. Jude Square is a neighborhood gripped by fear, oppressed by the constant battles between rival gang leaders Dash and Antuan. The residents are left hopeless—until a mysterious newcomer, Ryan Hong (Cung Le), arrives. Using his exceptional martial arts skills and the guidance of his wise mentor, Tiano (Jean-Claude Van Damme), Hong begins turning the two gangs against each other, gradually restoring order to the community. Just as he gains control, Hong faces opposition from Mr. V, the corrupt and brutal police chief. Initially impressed by Hong’s abilities, Mr. V soon views him as a threat, sparking a showdown that pits Mr. V’s corrupt rule against Hong’s vision of hope and renewal for the people of St. Jude Square.
