Director’s Statement:
I’d been carrying this idea around in my head for years… there was something about it that I couldn’t shake. When we started figuring out how to bring it to life, we explored a few approaches before almost stumbling on a poor man’s technique that was even creepier than we could have imagined. I showed the first test to a friend of mine, who asked how I could sleep with it in the house. I replied, “soundly… because I think it’s going to work”.
