Statement from the Filmmakers:
We love horror that dances on the edge of absurd and unsettling, especially stories that really commit fully to their own reality. And trying to convey this concept with eyeball POV and SFX was such a fun and dynamic experiment. Practical effects are largely where a lot of that magic happens, and for us, this story and its body horror were about playing with the impossible, embracing the challenges and opportunities of co-directing a shared vision, and creating something that sticks.
