With The Moths Will Eat Them Up, we’ve crafted a psychological thriller that confronts the terror of gendered violence and the complicity of male bystanders. Inspired by personal experience and years of work in violence prevention, the film immerses viewers in the pervasive fears women face when traveling alone at night. Through this, we aim to illuminate themes of hope and collective strength, utilising the thriller genre to both entertain and deliver a timely societal commentary.
