One of Ibiza’s most recognisable tracks, ‘El Ritmo De Verdad’ is remixed by Aitor Astiz on London label DFTD. Produced in 1999 by 20+ year Boom Boom Room resident Lego, the original track has since become a staple of Latin house and the White Isle through numerous samples and remixes over the years – notably by Dutch selector Franky Rizardo in the 2010s. Now adding his signature techy energy to the iconic record, Aistor Astiz is a disciplined Spanish DJ and producer on the rise. His take on ‘El Ritmo De Verdad’ ups the ante considerably, giving the track a darker, harder sound designed to be heard across the world’s biggest dancefloors.
