With assassins lurking in every shadow, Holmes arranges for the Prince to travel by air, but engine trouble forces a sudden change of plans. Holmes and the young royal secretly board a passenger ship bound for Algiers, leaving Dr. Watson to navigate a voyage packed with mysterious travelers—including a glamorous singer, secretive archaeologists, and an eccentric exercise fanatic.
When news arrives that the Prince’s plane crashed in the Pyrenees, the assassins on board realize their target is right in front of them. From circus knife-throwers and explosive party favors to a treacherous dockside ambush at Algiers, Holmes and Watson face relentless attempts on their lives.
