GUDFELLA returns to Defected Records alongside label debut Jackie Hollander to remix Route 94’s house favourite ‘4Get The Girl’. Following his recent label collaboration with James Poole on ‘Gator Boots’, the Philippines-born, US-based DJ and producer continues a fast-rising run with Defected, with his youthful sound earning support from the likes of BLOND:ISH, Michael Bibi and SG Lewis and taking him to the biggest stages across the globe, including a recent set at Defected’s sold-out DRUMSHEDS warehouse party in London. Now teaming up with US talent Jackie Hollander, an artist who has also played on the world’s top stages for electronic music including UNVRS Ibiza, Coachella and Lollapalooza, the pair bring a fresh perspective to Route 94’s elusive fan favourite following previous remixes from Mellizos and Samm. Retaining the soulful essence of Route 94’s original while pushing it towards the peak-time dancefloor, GUDFELLA and Jackie Hollander’s remix is a contemporary take on the long-standing house favourite.
