First shared as a bootleg in July 2025, UK disco funk and techno duo RSquared’s bouncy and energetic production style already earned ‘Fantasy’ a legion of fans before notably soundtracking the infamous Ibiza Final Boss’s debut appearance at 528 Ibiza. Following the iconic snapshot, the record’s 80s-inspired vocal soared to the top of the Beatport hype chart worldwide and quickly became an anthem for the new generation of Ibiza stalwarts. Now signed by Defected Records, ‘Fantasy’ is given a new lease of life with a trajectory set to continue well into the winter club season and beyond.
