This film details the massive three-day battle that was the Battle of Waynesboro in the Civil War. Taking place in the middle of Sherman’s March, in eastern Georgia, Confederate infantry, cavalry and artillery make a valiant stand against the overwhelming numbers of the Union army as it tears across Georgia. In the midst of this is espionage, as spies for Sherman’s army have infiltrated the civilian population of Waynesboro.
