A family of tiny people—Pod, Homily, and Arrietty Clock—live beneath the floorboards of a Victorian country home, sneaking through the big house “borrowing” what they need. When the Boy spots them and a ferret gets loose, the Clocks must outsmart the humans and make a daring escape.
