In a remote research facility, a group of scientists develops an advanced regeneration serum intended to cure terminal diseases and revolutionize human health. But when this brilliant yet reckless experiment accidentally escapes containment and leaks into the local plumbing, the results are catastrophic. Once the resident rodents get a taste of the biological agent, they mutate into giant, hyper-aggressive predatory beasts. Trapped inside the locked-down laboratory, the surviving researchers and a group of friends must fight a terrifying battle to escape their own twisted creations.
