One night, Eason is in the darkroom, developing more pictures. He sees Kayako’s face in one of the photos, and she suddenly comes to life. She grabs Eason and drags him into the darkness. The next morning, Eason’s body is found in the red room. He’s been killed by Kayako’s curse, and his body is covered in her fingerprints.
