A year after signing a treaty with the Sioux, Colonel Bryson faces conflict as surveyors for the Transcontinental Railroad provoke the tribe. Sky Star, the Sioux chief’s daughter, warns the settlers but arrives too late. The Sioux and Cheyenne launch a brutal attack on a military outpost. After Sky Star dies, Colonel Bryson is forced to make a tough decision, but reinforcements arrive just in time to secure a US military victory.
