In late medieval Italy, teenager Leonardo da Vinci is an inventor who dreams of saving his friend Lisa from an arranged marriage to a cruel nobleman’s son. To help, Leo and his friend Lorenzo travel to Florence to earn money. Along the way, they hear of a sunken pirate treasure, and Leo buys a map, only for it to be stolen by a thief named Agnes. After making a deal with her, the group heads to Montecristo Island to find the treasure, unaware that pirates are secretly following them, planning to take the treasure for themselves.
